Welcome to the East!

After 3 decades of war, the Eastern Province opens up to tourism. Facilities are gradually improved, to make sure that visitors to Sri Lanka enjoy the hospitality and unspoilt environment of the Eastern Province.
At East ‘N West On Board, we have spent one year visiting the Eastern Province and developing our network to be able to guide you on and off the tracks in newly opened areas.
We are happy to help you organize your holidays here: itineraries, accommodation, transport, accommodation… Just ask for it!

WHAT? A 10-DAY SRI LANKAN ITINERARY WITHOUT KANDY? ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS???
Are you guys serious 2Since we are based in the East – and love our environment – we can propose you some itineraries that focus ONLY on the Eastern part of Sri Lanka. Batticaloa, Passikudah, Ampara, Arugambay, Nilaveli, Trincomalee, Kudumbimalai, etc… we do believe we have enough resources to keep you busy for at least 10 days. Below is an example of tour we can organize for you to explore the East.

But before you book this one, remember one thing… The Kandy tooth temple and the tea factories are NOT in the East! And you won’t even climb Sigiriya rock if you book this tour…

If you are thrilled about living an E.E.E (Exclusively Eastern Experience), then this “Focus on the East” itinerary is definitely for you! Have a look below.
