2. Once we have received your filled contact form, we’ll come back to you for a video call, during which we will get to know each other, and define more precisely what your journey should look like. What are your passions in life, which accommodation is more suitable for you, are you searching for a more active or more relaxed holiday, would volunteering in a social project make sense for you, would you love to spend a few days in a wellness retreat centre, what budget is available for your journey, … are only a few of the questions we might ask you to help us design your journey. We will also brief you about our travel agency, so you have a fair idea about our identity, values and services. We will finally propose to you during this meeting a few of our favorite places and activities, and see whether you would be interested to discover them during your journey.
3. We’ll then design a personalized itinerary, based on the discussion we had and submit it to you within a few days
4. Once we have collected your feedback about the itinerary and made possible changes, we’ll finalize the itinerary and quotation.
